Seasonal favourite 〰️ can’t get enough of this spiced carrot porridge with blackcurrants, self-picked gooseberries, almond butter, coconut flakes, cacao nibs + dried flower sprinkles ✨ - 1 dl rolled oats 2 dl oat mylk 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds 2 carrots, finely grated 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cardamom - Heat up the oat mylk until boiling, add all dry ingredients + carrot, then let cook on medium heat, stirring every once in a while, until porridg-y. Sprinkle some extra cinnamon + top with all the good stuff! #breakfast #plantbased #porridge

Meal prep • on Sundays I normally prep all my work lunches for the week (most often a variation of seasonal roasted veggies, quinoa + lentils/ beans), then add some tahini dressing + fresh greens every morning • I’ll also prep some berry overnight oats for breakfast to eat with almond butter + toppings ✨ this does not only save me a lot of time but is also an easy way to reduce food waste + find an alternative for packaged lunches 🌎 #collaboration @lovebeautyandplanet_fi #pieniätekoja #lovebeautyandplanet #smallactsoflove
